We are seeking an experienced Peeling Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the plywood industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily peeling operations, manage manpower (including foreign workers), ensure machinery efficiency, and consistently meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily peeling operations in the plywood unit

Manage and coordinate foreign workers effectively

Monitor and calculate daily yield and prepare production reports

Ensure proper machinery checks and adherence to daily SOPs

Maintain production targets and optimize output

Motivate the team to learn, improve techniques, and enhance productivity

Ensure time management and smooth workflow in a dynamic setting

Maintain discipline, safety, and operational efficiency on the shop floor

Requirements





2–3 years of experience in the plywood/veneer peeling sector

Strong knowledge of daily yield calculation and reporting

Ability to handle and manage a diverse workforce

Good leadership and motivational skills

Resilient and adaptable in rapid-paced environments

Solid focus on productivity and process improvement

Responsible for machinery checks and SOP compliance

Must be able to commute daily to the site
