Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies aligned with NADDSO's mission and vision.
Sales and Revenue Growth : Lead and manage sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, focusing on expanding market reach and fostering relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients.
Business Development : Identify current opportunities for collaboration and innovation within the drone and space technology sectors, building strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations,



ensuring seamless coordination among various teams and productive project execution.
Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement : Represent NADDSO in industry events, conferences, and meetings, advocating for the organization’s goals and initiatives.
Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Reporting : Prepare and present reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and strategic progress to senior management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, aerospace engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience with a robust focus on sales, business development, and leadership roles.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
