We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Assistant to handle customer inquiries, assist with orders, coordinate deliveries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide product information, pricing, and order details.
Process orders and coordinate with the sales and delivery teams.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update order information.
Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
