Job Summary

Shriji Car Rentals is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Head to manage the company's complete billing and invoicing operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in billing, reconciliation, client coordination, invoice verification, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for car rental services, corporate clients, individual customers, vendors, and other business accounts.

The role will also involve coordination for current client contracts, vendor contracting, client assignments, contract briefings, and invoice verification.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Invoicing
Manage the complete billing and invoicing process for car rental and transport services.
Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete,



and generated within the required timelines.
Review billing data received from Operations and Transport teams.
Verify trip sheets, duty slips, rental agreements, and other supporting documents before billing.
Handle monthly billing for corporate and regular clients.
Ensure that all completed trips and services are billed without delay.
Review and control billing adjustments, cancellations, refunds, credit notes, and debit notes.
Check invoices against agreed rates, contracts, quotations, and supporting documents.
