As a Human Resources Manager at RL Jewels, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your focus will be on building a motivated, skilled, and ethical workforce to support our continued growth and uphold our legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in jewellery manufacturing, sales, and designing.
Administer onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee payroll, advantages, and attendance.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Support organizational change and growth initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or jewelry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HRIS software (preferred).
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ethical judgment.
