Role Description
Drive current product launches by identifying high-potential categories, developing products with manufacturers, and ensuring strong market fit.
The Product Innovation & Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading the development, sourcing, and launch of innovative products that align with Glasafe’s premium brand values. This on-site, full-time role is based in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities include collaborating with design and manufacturing teams, identifying and negotiating with suppliers, overseeing product lifecycle stages, managing budgets, and continuously exploring market trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
