Job Responsibilities
Book customer orders accurately and on time in SAP S/4HANA.
Handle day-to-day back-office order processing activities.
Prepare, check and maintain order-related documents.
Maintain proper physical and digital filing of documents.
Manage regular email communication with customers, sales team and internal departments.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts and other departments for order processing.
Maintain order records and status in SAP and MS Excel.
Prepare regular reports using MS Excel.
Follow up for pending information, approvals and documents required for order booking.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all orders.
Support the sales team in day-to-day back-office activities.

Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in back-office, order processing, sales coordination or commercial operations.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA order booking preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good documentation and filing skills.
Positive email communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.




Ability to manage multiple orders and documents efficiently.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred.
3–4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial company will be an advantage.
Should be organised, systematic and detail-oriented.
Should have good communication and computer skills.
