Provide information about hospital services, doctors, treatments, and timings.
Convert inquiry leads into appointments through effective communication.
Make follow-up calls to patients as required.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and patient information.
Coordinate with hospital departments for patient support.
Handle calls professionally while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
