Responsible for managing the overall Quality Assurance function in the investment casting unit. Ensure castings meet customer specifications and quality standards. Supervise inspection, testing, process control, and final quality checks. Coordinate with Production, Melting, Fettling, and Dispatch teams to control defects and improve quality. Handle customer complaints, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Ensure proper witness preparation and inspection before dispatch, and maintain compliance with applicable quality systems and standards.
