Telecaller Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further conversions.
Update CRM/lead management systems on a timely basis.
Ensure proper follow-up on pending enquiries and callbacks.
Maintain qualified communication and customer relationships.
Prepare daily calling and performance reports.
Adhere to company policies, calling scripts, and reporting procedures.
Meet attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance expectations.
Escalate customer complaints or key issues to the concerned senior/team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
