Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and lead generation with a strong focus on maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Create high-converting lead generation and sales campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and ROI.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Implement conversion tracking and event tracking across websites and landing pages.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the design, content,



and development teams to improve campaign performance.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently while achieving business objectives.

Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI.

Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
