We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence and support digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.
Plan and publish engaging social media content.
Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Have positive working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, CTR, CPC, CPL and other important metrics.
Research trends, competitors and relevant content ideas.
Coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels and ad creatives.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:




1–3 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Positive understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
Candidates with proven lead-generation/performance marketing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (Varanasi, Varanasi District)
