Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to manage and strengthen our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance for a workforce of approximately 500 employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes.
Drive and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely salary disbursement, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Handle Employee Relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity,



and other relevant compliances.
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage HR reporting, employee records, and workforce-related data.
Partner with management and department heads on manpower planning, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Requirement
Hands-on experience managing HR operations for a workforce of approximately 500 employees or more.
Strong exposure to end-to-end payroll management and performance management systems.
Ability to handle complex HR challenges independently and work closely with senior management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
