Job Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growth team. In this role, you will interact directly with prospective students, guide them through educational programs, and drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Outreach: Connect with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person sessions to understand their career goals.
Course Presentation: Clearly explain course details, curriculum highlights, eligibility criteria, fees, and career outcomes to assist students in selecting the right program.
Lead Conversion & Closing: Follow up consistently on leads provided by marketing campaigns to guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel and close admissions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data, conversation notes,



and follow-up schedules within the CRM system.
Relationship Building: Build trust with prospects through empathetic listening and transparent communication throughout the admission process.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission targets assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Open to freshers with robust potential; prior experience in tele-counselling, sales, or educational admissions is an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, robust persuasive and active listening skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Mindset: Target-driven, patient, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
