Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced nursing qualified to take responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day activities of a hospital unit.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily work of the team.
Organize staff duties and shift activities.
Support smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital teams.
Maintain necessary department records.
Monitor routine work activities.
Ensure required supplies are available.
Guide and support team members.
Assist with staff orientation and training.
Report routine operational matters to the management team.

Preferred Profile
Nursing qualification.
8+ years of professional experience.
Experience in a hospital workplace preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to guide and manage a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,655.11 per month
