What You’ll Do
Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Help generate quality leads, sales, and measurable growth for clients
Track campaign performance and optimize regularly
Work on targeting, retargeting, budget planning, and ad strategy
Coordinate with our design, content, and client teams
Share performance reports and suggest improvements
Who We’re Looking For
Someone with hands-on experience in paid ads
Valuable understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
Knows how to improve CTR, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance
Familiar with:
Google Analytics / GA4
Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel/conversion tracking
Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail
Positive communication and team coordination skills
Can manage multiple projects without losing track
Bonus Points If You Have
Agency experience
Understanding of landing pages / CRO
A proactive mindset and hunger to grow
