Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Support on boarding and induction processes for interns and recent joiners.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, internship letters, and certificates.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
Help in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Handle basic employee queries related to HR processes.
Assist in HR reporting and documentation work.
