Job Summary

The Project Manager is a senior member of the Project Management team at K&A;, Bangalore, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of design projects. This includes overseeing team and technical management, as well as ensuring effective control of schedules, costs, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end design projects, including schedule, cost, quality, risk, team, and client management.
Develop project management plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk for non-complex projects.
Define work breakdown structures, project activities, and critical paths.
Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Oversee design teams across all stages—from concept to construction documentation.
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure integrated design delivery.
Manage sub-consultants and procurement inputs to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Ensure quality assurance through design reviews, validations, and compliance with company standards.
Support tendering activities, including documentation, bid queries, and evaluation processes.




Assist during construction/supervision phase, including handling RFIs and resolving design issues.

Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (preferred).

Skills & Certification
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary design projects (Buildings preferred).
Knowledge of design coordination across disciplines (Structural, MEP, etc.).
Familiarity with QA/QC processes and design review procedures.
Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools.
PMP Certification Must
