Job Description

We are hiring Experience Associates (CSR) for an International Call Center handling a US process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service and sales-related calls.
Communicate effectively with international customers.
Pitch products/services and achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Demonstrate solid communication and convincing/pitching skills.

Requirements
HSC Pass or above.




Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
Candidates with 6+ months of International BPO experience are preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
Robust sales and customer-handling skills.
Go-getter attitude and target-oriented approach.
