As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the system or application. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by employing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. Your role involves precisely identifying client concerns and crafting effective solutions grounded in thorough understanding of the product, fostering a reliable and responsive support workplace.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
Document and share knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement.
Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Experience in managing device configurations, policies, and compliance using Microsoft Intune.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues related to endpoint management.
Familiarity with cloud-based device management and security protocols.
Solid analytical skills to interpret system logs and user reports for effective problem resolution.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
