Relationship Building: Maintain robust, trust-based connections with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
Client Advocacy: Act as the internal voice for the customer, coordinating with product, marketing, or support teams to resolve issues promptly.
Account Growth: Identify upsell, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities to expand business within existing portfolios.
Contract Management: Handle renewals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements to maximize profitability.
Performance Reporting: Track and forecast account metrics, presenting regular status updates and strategic reviews to clients and management.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage stress, and de-escalate client challenges efficiently.
