Role and Responsibilities
Mental Health Support: Help students cope with anxiety, depression, and low confidence.
Academic Guidance: Assist with performance anxiety and study stress.
Behavioral Management: Address peer pressure, bullying, and adjustment issues.
Confidentiality: Maintain protected spaces for students while balancing safety concerns and parent communication.
Qualifications Needed
Education: A master's degree in Psychology (M.Sc. or M.A.) or Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in counselling or clinical psychology.
Skills: Active listening, empathy, crisis intervention, and boundary setting.
