Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Explain insurance policies, plans, perks, premiums, and coverage clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Generate leads and convert them into successful policy sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
