Role Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in supporting and administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. The candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 workloads, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 administration and troubleshooting for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
Manage users, licenses, security policies, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Entra Connect.
Administer SCCM/MECM for application deployment, patching, OSD, task sequences, reporting, and Intune co-management.
Support Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations covering mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, and identity objects.
Assist with Active Directory migration, domain consolidation, user and computer migration,



and post-migration validation.
Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, PowerShell automation, and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills
Microsoft 365 E3/E5 administration

Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Defender and Purview
Active Directory, Group Policy and hybrid identity
SCCM/MECM administration and deployment
Tenant-to-Tenant and Active Directory migration
PowerShell and Windows Server administration
Solid troubleshooting and documentation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
Hands-on exposure to Tenant-to-Tenant migration, Active Directory migration, and SCCM deployment projects.
Ability to handle L2 incidents independently and coordinate escalations with L3 teams.
Robust communication, customer-handling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Must be willing to work from the Mumbai office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
