Bestinn Leisure Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Hydel Palace By Bestinn Lesiure, our nature-friendly hospitality property.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent knowledge of hotel/resort operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the property's natural and peaceful setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the property.
Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service at all times.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and operational challenges professionally.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the property team.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower deployment.
Monitor housekeeping, room readiness, maintenance, cleanliness,



and property standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest and operational areas.
Monitor operational expenses and implement effective cost-control measures.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and Management to support business and revenue goals.
Maintain operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hospitality procedures.
Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
Maintain the unique nature-friendly atmosphere and guest experience of Hydel Palace By Bestinn Leisure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
