Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Develop consistent design systems, reusable components, typography, color schemes, and UI guidelines.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review implemented designs and provide UI/UX feedback to maintain design quality.
Conduct basic user research and usability analysis where required.
Identify usability issues and recommend practical design improvements.
Create landing pages, dashboards, forms, navigation systems, CTAs, and other UI components.
Maintain consistency across different products and platforms.
Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple design tasks and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Required Skills
1–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
Strong knowledge of Figma.
Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and visual hierarchy.




Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Good knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and design systems.
Ability to design up-to-date and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
Good understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with developers and other cross-functional teams.

Positive to Have
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, websites, or mobile applications.
Understanding of design handoff and developer collaboration.
Knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
