Role & responsibilities :

Device Compliance Operations Engineer

Position Summary The Device Compliance Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring endpoint compliance, validating mandatory security and management agents, maintaining compliance dashboards, and driving remediation efforts across the enterprise. The role will work closely with EUC, Security, and Analytics teams to improve endpoint visibility and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring

- Monitor compliance status of corporate-managed devices.
- Validate installation and health of mandatory security and management agents.
- Ensure required agents are actively communicating with management platforms.
- Identify and track non-compliant endpoints for remediation.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with EUS, EUC, Security, and Infrastructure teams to address compliance gaps.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and compliance closure.
- Support compliance review meetings and governance initiatives.

Dashboard & Reporting

- Maintain endpoint compliance dashboards and operational reports.
- Partner with Analytics teams to improve dashboard accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Track compliance KPIs, trends, and remediation status.




- Support audit and compliance reporting requirements.

EUC Operations Support

- Support endpoint management and compliance initiatives across Intune, ManageEngine, Jamf, and other endpoint platforms.
- Assist with device enrollment, policy validation, and compliance troubleshooting.
- Participate in endpoint security and operational improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Endpoint Operations, Compliance Management, EUC Operations, or IT Administration.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Jamf, ManageEngine, Workspace ONE, or MECM/SCCM.
- Experience monitoring compliance metrics, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
- Solid reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike, Intune, ManageEngine, Tanium, etc..
- Understanding of device compliance policies and endpoint governance.
- Basic scripting or automation experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
