Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, devicelifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, andcoordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities: End-User Support• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals(Windows, mac OS, Linux).

- Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
- Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure

Support• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, andworkplace technologies.

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and relatedinfrastructure equipment.
- Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.
- Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.

Asset

Management• Receive, register, label, image,



deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.

- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
- Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements. Project & Site Support• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructureprojects.
- Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
- Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.

Required

Skills• Experience supporting Windows, mac OS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.

- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).
- Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
