We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT Support & Service team. The candidate will be responsible for providing desktop, laptop, networking, software, and onsite technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops and peripherals.

- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, hardware and software issues.

- Perform hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance and system installations.

- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, UPS and other IT peripherals.

- Provide basic LAN, Wi-Fi and networking support.

- Install and configure operating systems, drivers and business applications.

- Provide onsite technical support at customer locations.

- Maintain service reports, asset details and support documentation.

- Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.

- Ensure skilled customer service and timely resolution of complaints.

Education Qualification

- 10th / 12th / Diploma / ITI in Computer Hardware, Networking, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science or a related field.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.





- 0–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support is preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking.

- Good troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops and peripherals.

- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing and network troubleshooting.

- Hardware replacement, RAM/SSD upgrade and system maintenance knowledge.

- Basic printer and peripheral troubleshooting.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel for onsite customer support.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of CCTV, biometric/access control and networking equipment.

- Experience with AMC/customer support services.

- Knowledge of remote-support tools.

- Basic documentation and service-ticket handling.
