Role Description

The Designer role is a full-time, in office position located in Coimbatore. In this role, the Designer will be responsible for creating compelling designs, visual assets, and graphics for a variety of platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing user interfaces, improving user experiences, creating marketing materials, collaborating with teams,



and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining innovation and creativity.

Qualifications

- Skills in Graphic Design, Visual Design, and creating user-centered designs
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch
- Ability to develop UI/UX designs and create prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Experience in Branding, Typography, and Color Theory
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of design trends and ability to innovate within industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in the IT, software, or digital industry is an advantage
