Role Description The Designer is a full time, remote role responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that reflect the rich heritage of Indian weddings across digital and print touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include creating branding assets, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and layout designs for web and mobile platforms. The Designer will collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to translate cultural elements and client requirements into cohesive visual narratives.

Additional responsibilities include preparing design files for production, maintaining brand consistency, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data.



This role requires independent work as well as regular virtual collaboration with a geographically distributed team.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic and visual design, including proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Experience designing for digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns, with an understanding of responsive and mobile-friendly layouts.
- Ability to develop and apply brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and imagery that align with cultural themes.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and basic familiarity with UX/UI practices for digital experiences.
- Interest in or exposure to Indian culture and weddings, with sensitivity to diverse traditions and regional aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in event, hospitality, or cultural branding is an advantage.
