Role Description The Design Lead will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives. This full-time role is in office in Hyderabad, where the Design Lead will collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors to deliver cohesive, modern design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design workshops, developing mood boards and layouts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and reviewing materials and finishes.

The Design

Lead will guide the design team, provide feedback on design deliverables, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate site visits to monitor progress and quality. The role also involves presenting design concepts to clients,



incorporating feedback, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and design execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization and presentation software.
- Solid portfolio showcasing modern interior projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
- Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and oversee on-site implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Attention to detail in drawings, specifications, materials selection, and documentation.
- Experience mentoring or supervising designers and contributing to design standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and vendor/material ecosystems in Hyderabad or similar urban markets.
- Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to evolving project requirements, and maintain a collaborative, inclusive work style.
