About the RoleVOH Network is looking for a Design Intern — Print & Magazine Production to support the design and production of upcoming print magazine editions.

This is a hands-on, print-focused design role for candidates who have genuine experience creating multi-page layouts such as magazines, brochures, zines, annual reports, or other print publications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of typography, grids, layouts, and print-production requirements, along with the ability to create accurate, consistent, and print-ready artwork under the direction of the Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Design magazine spreads, articles, features, advertisements, editorial pages, and other multi-page layouts.
- Work primarily with CorelDRAW and/or Adobe InDesign while following established brand, grid, and layout guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct:
- Bleed and trim settings
- Safe margins
- CMYK color mode
- Image resolution
- Gutters and page alignment
- Font embedding or outlining
- Create supporting graphics, icons, infographics, illustrations, and image treatments using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct detailed quality checks for:
- Alignment and spacing
- Typography and hierarchy
- Spelling and content consistency
- Image quality and resolution
- Page-to-page visual consistency
- Print-production accuracy




- Incorporate editorial and design feedback across multiple rounds of revisions while maintaining consistency throughout the issue.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager and relevant internal teams to ensure pages meet required quality standards and timelines.
- Proactively flag content, design, quality, or timeline issues rather than proceeding when something appears incorrect or incomplete.
- Maintain organized working files and ensure final artwork is properly prepared for production.

Eligibility Criteria
- Prior hands-on experience with multi-page print design is mandatory.
- Experience through a college magazine, internship, freelance project, personal publication, brochure, zine, or professional work will be considered.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Portfolio must demonstrate genuine print or multi-page layout work.
- Portfolios consisting primarily of social-media posts, digital banners, or template-based designs will not be considered sufficient.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within structured design guidelines.
- Ability to manage revisions and deliver work within defined timelines.

Required Skills
- Working proficiency in CorelDRAW or Adobe InDesign — Mandatory
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout and composition
- Grid systems
- Magazine/page design
- CMYK vs. RGB
- Bleed and trim
- Safe margins
- Gutters
- 300 DPI / image resolution




- Print-ready file preparation
- Strong visual design and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to receive, understand, and implement feedback.
- Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.

Note: Canva/Figma-only experience will not be considered sufficient for this role.Working Schedule

- Monday–Friday: On-site
- Saturday: Work From Home — Half Day
- Joining: Immediate

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹15,000/month stipend for candidates from Delhi NCR
- ₹20,000/month stipend for candidates relocating/coming from outside Delhi NCR
- Internship Certificate upon successful completion
- Hands-on experience in real-world magazine and print production

1. Portfolio Review
