About the RoleQ CONCEPT INC is looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter / Production Coordinator who has good knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and can effectively coordinate between clients, sales, design and production teams.

The candidate will be responsible for converting sales orders and client requirements into accurate BOQ, production folders, AutoCAD drawings and production-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities1. AutoCAD & Technical Drawings

- Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings for modular furniture.
- Prepare plan, elevation, section, detail and production drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts, dimensions, joinery and installation details.
- Revise drawings according to client requirements and approved changes.
- Ensure drawings are practical and suitable for manufacturing.

2. Sales Order to Production Coordination

- Understand the Sales Order (SO) and convert requirements into production documentation.
- Check client requirements, dimensions, materials, finishes and hardware.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for any missing information before releasing work to production.
- Ensure only approved drawings and specifications are forwarded to production.

3. BOQ / BOM & Material Documentation

- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Material) and material requirements wherever required.
- Prepare cutting lists / part details as per project requirements.
- Verify quantity, size, thickness, laminate, edge banding, hardware and other specifications.
- Coordinate with Purchase/Production for material-related clarification.

Production Folder Preparation For every project/order, prepare and maintain a complete Production Folder, including:

- Sales Order
- Approved BOQ/BOM
- Approved AutoCAD Drawings
- Material Specifications
- Hardware Details
- Cutting/Part Lists
- Revision Details
- Client Approval / Final Drawing
- Production-related instructions

5. Client Coordination

- Communicate with clients regarding drawing-related requirements.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical manufacturing drawings.
- Share drawings for approval and coordinate required revisions.
- Handle drawing-related queries professionally and easily.
- Maintain proper records of client approvals and revisions.

6. Production Coordination

- Coordinate closely with the factory production team.
- Clarify drawing-related queries during manufacturing.
- Visit/coordinate with production when required to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate drawing changes arising from production or site requirements.

7. Drawing & Document Control

- Maintain proper naming and version control of drawings.
- Ensure old/revised drawings are not accidentally used for production.
- Maintain project-wise digital folders.
- Keep all drawings, BOQs and production documents properly organized.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Experience in modular furniture / furniture manufacturing – Preferred
- Good knowledge of furniture drawings and technical detailing.
- Understanding of plywood,



MDF, particle board, laminate, edge banding and hardware.
- Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
- Ability to understand BOQ/BOM and material requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate comfortably with clients, sales and production teams.

Preferred ExperienceExperience: 2–5 years in AutoCAD drafting / furniture design / modular furniture manufacturing. Candidates with direct experience in factory-based modular furniture production will be preferred.

EducationDiploma / ITI / Degree in:

- Interior Design
- Architecture
- Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Furniture Design
- Draughtsman
- Or relevant technical qualification

Relevant practical experience can be considered in place of formal qualification. Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can independently handle the complete workflow:

Sales Order → Client Requirement → BOQ/BOM → AutoCAD Drawing → Client Approval → Production Folder → Production Coordination → Revision / Final Drawing The candidate should be responsible, technically strong, organized and comfortable communicating with both clients and factory teams.
