Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
- Design plastic extrusion machinery and pipe plant systems.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings, GA drawings & BOMs.
- Work on extruders, die-heads, sizing tanks, haul-offs, cutting & winding systems.
- Perform basic mechanical calculations and component selection.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, machining and assembly teams.
- Support machine testing, commissioning and design improvements.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory/Preferred
- SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor – Preferred
- Strong mechanical design & engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, tolerances, fits and machine components.
- Plastic extrusion machinery experience is an advantage.
