We’re growing our telehealth platform and looking for a Dermatologist Relationship Associate to build strong relationships with our dermatologist network and ensure a seamless experience for them.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to point of contact for dermatologists.
- Coordinate onboarding, consultations, schedules, payments, and day-to-day requirements.
- Work with Product, Tech, Operations & Customer Success to resolve issues.
- Track recurring concerns and turn dermatologist feedback into actionable insights.
- Follow through on issues till closure — no loose ends.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall dermatologist experience.
- Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with dermatologists.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, healthcare operations, customer success, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and strong on ownership.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
- Someone who asks “why is this happening?”, not just “how do I fix it?”
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
