Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in the Pune Division. The Dermatologist will conduct outpatient consultations, diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail disorders, and provide ongoing management for chronic dermatologic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, recommending evidence-based treatment plans, prescribing medications, and documenting patient encounters in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

The role also involves offering cosmetic dermatology services where appropriate, counseling patients on skin care, procedures,



and preventive measures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The Dermatologist may participate in patient education initiatives, contribute to clinical protocols, and stay current with advancements in dermatology and cosmetology.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage diverse dermatologic conditions.
- Expertise in Acne management and related skin disorders, including treatment planning and follow-up care.
- Skills in Cosmetology and Cosmetic Dermatology, including non-invasive procedures, aesthetic treatments, and patient counseling on cosmetic options.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent) and valid medical registration as per local regulations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, maintain accurate medical records, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous career development, and adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Prior experience in an outpatient or hospital-based dermatology setting is preferred; familiarity with digital health tools and electronic records is an advantage.
