Engineer / Executive – Purchase

Location:-Noida| Experience: 2-5 Year

Industry:-Air Pollution Control

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare RFQs and float enquiries to approved suppliers.
- Plan project-wise procurement in coordination with Projects & Design.
- Review indents, technical specifications and delivery requirements.
- Obtain quotations and conduct Techno-Commercial Bid Analysis.
- Negotiate price, quality, delivery and commercial terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery at project sites/works.
- Coordinate for MTC, packing list, dispatch documents and supply discrepancies.
- Monitor vendor performance, bills and PO closure.
- Support cost saving and purchase process improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E./B. Tech or relevant qualification.
- Experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/EPC.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
