Role Description This is a full-time Deployment Engineer role in India with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Deployment

Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and deploying PMGlide solutions in customer environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Daily activities include troubleshooting deployment issues, providing technical support, and working with networking and operating system components to maintain reliable performance. The role involves close coordination with product, engineering, and customer success teams to capture requirements, optimize configurations,



and document deployment procedures and best practices.

The Deployment

Engineer will also help improve deployment automation, monitor implementation quality, and contribute to continuous enhancement of the overall deployment process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent deployment and configuration issues.
- Candidates should possess Networking and Integration skills to connect PMGlide solutions with customer systems and ensure secure, stable communications.
- Candidates should possess solid Operating Systems knowledge (e.g., Windows, Linux) to manage installations, services, and setting configurations.
- Relevant experience with deployment automation tools, scripting, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers are important.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementation, and familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), is an advantage.
