About the Role

We are seeking a Dentist to support and conduct oral and dental clinical studies at MS Clinical Research. The role will involve performing protocol-specific dental assessments, participant screening and evaluation, clinical documentation, and supporting the successful execution of oral health and dental research studies in compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical dental knowledge, good documentation skills, and an interest in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

Oral & Dental Clinical Studies

- - Conduct oral and dental examinations as per study protocols and approved procedures.
- Screen and assess participants for study eligibility based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Perform protocol-specific dental assessments, oral examinations, and clinical evaluations.
- Obtain and document informed consent before conducting study-related procedures.
- Assess and document participants' oral health status and clinical findings accurately.
- Perform dental assessments required for oral care, dental products, oral hygiene products, and cosmetic/therapeutic oral studies.
- Monitor participants for adverse events (AEs) and report them appropriately as per the protocol and applicable requirements.
- Ensure participant safety throughout the study and escalate any clinically significant findings.
- Maintain accurate and complete source documents, CRFs/eCRFs, dental examination records,



and other study-related documentation.
- Ensure all study procedures are conducted in accordance with the approved protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support investigators during study visits and participant assessments.
- Participate in sponsor meetings, monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as required.
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Research Coordinators, QA, Medical Writing, and Sponsors for smooth study execution.
- Review and provide clinical inputs on study-related dental and oral health documentation when required.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of protocol deviations and documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of participant and study-related information.

Clinical Documentation

- - Accurately document clinical findings, dental assessments, procedures, and participant observations.
- Review CRFs/eCRFs and source documents for completeness and consistency.
- Provide appropriate clinical inputs for study reports and other research documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of study-related documentation within defined timelines.




- Maintain proper documentation in accordance with ALCOA+ principles and GCP requirements.

Candidate Profile

- - BDS or MDS from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in dental clinical practice, clinical research, or oral/dental studies.
- Experience in conducting oral examinations and dental assessments.
- Good understanding of clinical trial methodology and ICH-GCP.
- Prior experience in clinical research or dental/oral product studies will be an added advantage.
- Strong clinical documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional clinical research teams.
- Detail-oriented, scientifically driven, and comfortable working in a research environment.
- Willingness to participate in participant-facing clinical study activities.
