Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to lead day-to-day technical engineering execution and ensure the successful integration and delivery of four core technical workstreams.

The ideal candidate should have robust multidisciplinary engineering leadership experience, with hands-on exposure to ADAS, autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, or heavy-vehicle/mining automation . While 12-18+ years of experience is preferred, the primary focus will be on relevant technical expertise, leadership capability, and domain experience rather than years of experience alone .

Key Engineering Workstreams The Delivery Lead will coordinate and drive execution across the following areas:

- Senior Vehicle Localization Engineer - GNSS/RTK
- Lead Perception Engineer - Radar & Camera Fusion
- Lead AI Engineer - Real-Time Video Enhancement
- Lead Drive-by-Wire Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Delivery
- Translate system architecture into clearly defined engineering work packages.




- Establish technical milestones, deliverables, and timelines for each workstream.
- Track engineering progress, risks, issues, and technical dependencies.
- Drive collaboration and integration across all four engineering streams.
- Ensure technical deliverables are aligned with overall project objectives.

1. GNSS / Vehicle Localization

- Lead and coordinate localization engineering activities.
- Ensure the GNSS/RTK-based localization solution meets required accuracy and reliability targets.
- Support troubleshooting and validation of localization performance during prototype and field trials.

1. Perception - Radar & Camera Fusion

- Ensure reliable radar and camera sensor fusion for obstacle detection and tracking.
- Coordinate perception development, integration, testing, and validation.
- Drive resolution of perception-related technical issues during development and field testing.

1. AI / Real-Time Video Enhancement

- Lead coordination of AI/computer vision activities for real-time video enhancement.
- Ensure fog
