Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 1–2 Scrum teams, comprising approximately 12–14 members per team.
- Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring commitments are met within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Drive strict adherence to SAFe practices and governance, including PI Planning, PI Objectives, Iteration Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and other ART ceremonies.
- Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Ensure effective capacity planning, iteration execution, backlog readiness, prioritization, and release planning.
- Maintain solid delivery metrics and provide regular status reporting to Deloitte leadership.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and establish mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, quality, predictability, and Agile maturity.
- Ensure compliance with defined processes, governance standards, SDLC controls, and quality practices.
- Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.
- Support resource planning, team performance management, mentoring, and people development.
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
Incident, Change & Service Management
- Own and coordinate Incident Management, ensuring timely triage, resolution, escalation, and stakeholder communication for production incidents.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions for major and recurring incidents.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, operational KPIs, and service management processes.
- Coordinate Change Management activities, ensuring changes are properly assessed, planned, approved, communicated, and implemented with minimal business disruption.
- Manage release and production-change coordination across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Establish and monitor effective Service Management practices covering incidents, problems, changes, releases, and operational readiness.
- Ensure production support and operational issues are appropriately prioritized, tracked, and communicated to stakeholders.
- Participate in Major Incident Management and provide clear, timely communication to senior stakeholders until resolution.
- Identify recurring operational issues and drive initiatives to improve system stability, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in software/product delivery, project management, or delivery leadership.
- Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAFe and demonstrated understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, release management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
- Experience with Incident, Change, Release, and Service Management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership/client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and risk-management capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a process-driven and highly governed enterprise environment.
- Experience working with distributed/cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability for delivery.
Preferred
- Experience in Financial Services / Financial Audit / Audit Technology domain.
- Experience working with large global organizations or enterprise clients.
- SAFe certification such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Practice Consultant is preferred.
- ITIL / Service Management certification or experience is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent delivery/service management platforms.
