What you’ll drive

- End-to-end delivery and operational performance of Design projects
- Customer satisfaction, SLAs, quality and productivity
- Team leadership, capability building and performance management
- Capacity planning and resource optimisation
- Process improvement and operational excellence
- Risk management and timely resolution of delivery challenges
- Strong collaboration with business, quality, HR and other functions

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in delivery/operations management, preferably in Engineering Design Services
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams/projects and customer priorities




- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Commercial and business acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- BE / M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
