Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research CXOs, senior executives, decision-makers, and industry professionals relevant to the event.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential delegates using LinkedIn, email, calls, CRM, and other lead-generation channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp communication to invite relevant professionals.
- Understand prospects' profiles, roles, business interests, and event relevance to qualify high-quality delegates.
- Present the event value proposition, including speakers, agenda, networking opportunities, industry insights, and business benefits.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the complete delegate conversion cycle.




- Achieve delegate acquisition and registration targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, registrations, and conversion status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Conference Production, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Operations teams to align delegate profiles with event objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior industry professionals for repeat participation and future events.
- Handle delegate queries regarding registration, agenda, venue, speakers, passes, payments, and event logistics.
- Support the team in achieving overall event attendance, engagement, and revenue targets.
- Track market trends and identify new industries, companies, and skilled communities that could contribute relevant delegates.
