About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can convert qualified funding leads into mandates and take cases through sanction to final disbursement.

Key Responsibilities





- Convert qualified leads into client meetings, mandates and active funding cases.
- Understand client requirements for Debt Funding, Working Capital, Project Finance, Structured Finance and Fund Syndication.
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Funds and other financial institutions.
- Collect, review and follow up for financial and credit documentation.
- Coordinate between clients, lenders, credit teams and VSC management until sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain strong follow-up and ensure faster closure of funding cases.
- Track the complete pipeline from Lead → Mandate → Login → Sanction → Disbursement.

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, AIF, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance.
- Proven experience in loan processing, fund syndication, credit coordination or disbursement.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements, banking documentation and credit processes.
- Proven track record of successful sanctions/disbursements will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM and AI tools will be an added advantage.
