- Prepare Continental and European dishes as per standard recipes.

- Assist with basic bakery and pastry preparations, including breads, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items.

- Handle mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared before service.

- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards.

- Assist with grilling, sautéing, roasting, baking, sauce preparation, and other basic cooking techniques.

- Maintain proper food storage and ingredient handling.

- Ensure freshness and quality of all food products.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

- Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain proper kitchen discipline.
