Job Title: Junior AccountantDepartment: Accounts & FinanceReporting To: Senior Accountant / Accounts ManagerJob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will support the accounts team in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
Record daily transactions, vouchers, bills, and invoices
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Assist in GST entries, returns, and compliance (basic level)
Maintain purchase and sales records
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing issues
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records




Assist senior accountants in audits and financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software (preferred)
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply

Preferred Skills (Optional):
Knowledge of payroll processing
Understanding of statutory compliances
Valuable communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
