Position: OT Technician
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: VR Revankar Hospital, KR Puram, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
Arrange surgical instruments, consumables, and OT supplies as per procedure requirements.
Follow strict infection-control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Check and maintain OT equipment and report any malfunction promptly.
Assist with patient positioning and protected transfer to and from the OT.
Maintain accurate records of OT procedures, instruments, and consumables.
Ensure proper handling, counting, and disposal of surgical materials and biomedical waste.
Coordinate with the OT, nursing, housekeeping,



and other hospital departments for smooth functioning.

Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant OT experience.
Valuable knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and infection-control procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies when required.

Pay: ₹18,149.74 - ₹28,465.11 per month
