Receiving or Making Calls to customer for technical support
Responsible for providing technical support to the clients including installation and after implementation services.
Support Customer's queries online/Over Phone / On Premise & Chat.
Will be responsible for Training to users/ channel partners.
Handle client servers also
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Taking care of Service & Amc
Skills Required
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS office, Net Surfing)
Freshers with positive Technical knowledge can also apply.
On Job Training will be imparted to selected candidates.
Candidates with SQL server knowledge will be preferred.
