Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Spray Painting Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in spray painting, surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Perform spray painting and finishing operations as per production requirements.
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other required processes.
Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications.
Ensure proper paint quality, colour, thickness, and finishing.
Inspect painted components for defects and maintain quality standards.
Operate and maintain spray guns and painting equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.




Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily targets.

Candidate Requirements
Any Degree qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in spray painting/manufacturing.
Good knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment.
Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to work according to production requirements.
